Summer Concert

Saturday night most of us kids went with Grandpa and Grandma Whalen to hear some great encouraging music.

The concert was held at a christian campground.

We walked halfway around the lake to get to the pavilion where the concert was held.

Sunday night after church we had Jon Shofstal and his mother over
for Taco Salad.  Everybody loves it!!!

Rye - Oh

Uriah broke his right arm this past Tuesday while driving his dirtbike.  This is the fourth broken arm for the Whalen brothers.  Nathan broke his in summer '05, Jared in October '06, Levi in summer '07.   Uriah is doing great and should have his cast off in 4-5 weeks.  :)

4th of July Weekend

This weekend our family traveled up to Waterford, Pennsylvania to sing for the Harmony Baptist Church there.  Our hosts were very giving and gracious. . . .

. . . and took most of us to see fireworks!
