visit in West Virginia

Last Friday evening we made it down to WV. in good time. Saturday morning we woke up to about 6in. of snow ... and it was still snowing. We were scheduled to sing at the Wajler's church Sunday, but there was no way we would have been able to make it over the mountain to their church. We made it home safely Sunday (no mountains to cross) :) and are thankful for safety.
.
Saturday we went sledding!!!!!! Here is the crik that you fell in ... only if you didn't bail out first.

The mommies came out. Mrs. Wajler actually went sledding!

This picture was taken after Naomi, Emelia, and Elizabeth fell in the crik.

Joshua

The green paper/tarp type stuff came in handy for sledding ... real fast!

Susanna fell in the crik also.

Christmas Recital - Dec. 11th

Lizzy, Emily and Isabelle Anderson, Kathryn Bender, Sarah and Becca Bright, and Naomi and Sarah all performed in a recital that Sarah Bright organized. We played for the residents of Elmcroft nursing home in Chippewa. Everyone had a fun time and all went well. :)

The little girls worked on crafts while we were playing.

Graham Cracker Houses

Last evening we sat down and enjoyed working on Graham Cracker Houses

A few days ago our Uncle Dan and Jonathan put blow installation in our atic, you can see Sarah installed some marshmallow installation on her house!

Isn't Susanna's quaint? Notice the doornob.

Sarah's

Levi added a porch roof to his house

We used many sorts of objects to build upon, such as graham cracker boxes cut in half and . . .

. . . juice cartons

Yummy!
One person in particular added a foundation to his house by putting peanut MMs inside his house.
P. S. Another way to add candy to your already many sweet possessions is to put a yummy yard in.

Psalm 100

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

A Visit with our Cousins

Our family loaded up in our van thursday morning and took off for the cold state of Michigan to see our cousins.
Throughout our visit many board games were played

One reason we took the trip up to Michigan was because we wanted to see our new cousin,
Renee Corryn Roberson.

Renee never lacked a person to hold her while we were there

Titus

A thank you to Uncle Don, Aunt Bobbie and all the cousins for all the work they put into getting ready for us, meal preparation, and then all of the time they spent fellowshiping with us.
